Request for Quotation – Transport Management System

AMROD are looking for quotations from TMS providers for a full cloud-based system.

The system should be able to provide:

  • Job allocation

  • POD capture and signature

  • Live track vehicles and display on mapping

  • Link to accountancy

  • Compile costings

  • Compile invoicing

  • Compile Driver pay

  • Read barcodes

  • Vehicle maintenance records

  • Vehicle refrigeration monitoring

  • Facilitate connectivity with other systems (API)

  • Create reports

  • Deliver initial onsite training

Interested parties can request further information and discuss our requirements.

All tenders received will be evaluated by the following criteria:

1. Cost
2. Does your tender meet our requirement
3. Customer support
4. Time frame to complete install and training

Each criterion will be scored a mark between 1-5 and an overall mark given to each tender. The
successful tender will have scored the highest mark.
